High demand from students and community, courses filled quickly during registration period. Clinical partners reached out to speak with students earlier about job opportunities. Primary program challenge has been meeting supply need to maintain our level of hands-on activities due to nationwide shortages and limitations.

The Phlebotomy program has met all targets. Drop in graduate awards due to COVID pandemic, no classes were held Summer 2020. Slightly smaller class sizes for 2020-2021 to accommodate social distancing safety measures. Students continue to achieve a high pass rate.

The professionalism paper indicates students have an understanding of what it means to succeed and display professionalism. Clinical preceptor evaluations indicate students are displaying professionalism in at the clinical sites.
