Summarize how your program met or did not meet the target measures based on the data above
The CNMLEA program has successfully met all of the expected targets. During Fall 2020- Spring 2021, the CNMLEA ran 2 classes resulting in a total of 36 graduates. The average fill rate increased from the previous year and should continue to grow as the program continues to build a positive reputation within law enforcement agencies in the State of New Mexico. Our student retention rate continues to be well above those of other law enforcement academies in the state. The C-pass rate is well above the target of 60% and improved from the previous year. Improvement in this area will continue as we work to improve the methodology in which we deliver the curriculum.
