Part 2: Program Summary

Provide a high level review of the program to include highlights, successes, challenges, significant changes, and significant resources needed to support the program
Although the pandemic presented a challenge in that enrollment was lower than usual, that had a significant benefit. The success brought about by this benefit is that for the first time I experienced the improved student to instructor ratio. Each of my students benefitted by receiving much more one-on-one time from which in turn resulted in them having a better understanding of machining than the students gained in any previous term.

My interpretation of these findings is that when there is reduced enrollment the quality of learning increases.
