Part 2: Program Summary

Provide a high level review of the program to include highlights, successes, challenges, significant changes, and significant resources needed to support the program
Program is now completely distance learning. Change was made to encourage out of area students to consider enrolling in paralegal studies. Enrollment has remained stable, which is to be expected over the year 2020-2021.

Summarize how your program met or did not meet the target measures based on the data above
Average class fill rate at 60% or above capacity: Above target at 77%. Annual retention rate is 70% or above (SAGE 65%): Above target at 87%. Withdrawal rate is 13%. Annual C-pass rate for coursework is 60% or above: Above target at 69%. However a note is made that this measure is decreasing over time. Should be monitored. Annual number of graduates is greater than 10 (for degree and certificate programs only): Target met at 11. This is still a very low number considering the number of declared majors. We will be sunsetting the Post Degree Certificate in Paralegal Studies (Fall 2022) which will drive students into the AA Program and this number should increase.
