Part 2: Program Summary

Provide a high level review of the program to include highlights, successes, challenges, significant changes, and significant resources needed to support the program
We successfully transitioned to modified operations during COVID with only one term of suspended operations (Summer 2020). We did experience greater student attrition because many of our students are healthcare workers and were subject to mandatory overtime which interfered with their studies. Licensure exam pass rates also dropped below 80% for the first time in over a decade which is also in alignment with national trends because of the pandemic. We learned a great deal about our program and our students during this time and were fairly effective in teaching and learning. We return to pre-pandemic operations in Spring of 2022.
