Despite Covid our program was able to maintain in person learning starting back in the fall of 2020. This presented a few challenges all of which we were able to overcome with technology based distance learning for our lectures. We also had to integrate two learning management systems at the same time, as we are changing publishers. This process will have to happen one more time prior to the end of the year. The hybrid model of teaching was effective but not ideal as there are limitations on zoom lectures, however the upside was that there were recordings that the students could refer back to if they so desired. We were able to meet our credentialing goals and continue to have a very strong program with an impeccable reputation with our industry partners. |

Our average class fill rate is well above the 60% program threshold. Our average class fill rate has gradually increased over the past three years, despite Covid and we hope this trend continues but as we add more classes the average may drop slightly.
Looking at our data I'm not seeing a retention rate, I would be glad to enter this information if it becomes available.
Our annual C-pass rate for coursework has dropped some in the past year and this could be due to Covid, we have had several students that have had to quarantine and have been unable to complete or have completed the class with lower than a C average.
Our overall number of gradates is down over the past two years due to Covid, this is due to class caps that have been put into effect to keep class counts at a minimum for social distancing purposes. Once our program goes back to our pre-established caps our numbers should go back up to pre Covid levels. Even at 20 students we are still well above the 10 graduate program minimum. |

| For our programs accreditation we have end of program testing giving by our accreditation body and is proctored by a third party. The students are tested in all nine categories of the ASE automotive service excellence certification and are given a two year certificate indicating all areas of proficiency. This year the number of students taking the test was fewer but the results were the same, we are well above the national average in proficiency in all categories of ASE. |

| For this learning outcome students are evaluated during a one week internship in the field at the end of the one week internship the mentor evaluates the students ability to diagnose and repair automobiles and light trucks. The mentor is given a rubric to fill out at the end of the mentorship and this years evaluations, as in the past, are excellent. Most of our students are scoring in the accomplished range, and no students scoring in the novice range. |

| All of the students coming into the program are required to take the SP2 environmental and safety training. 100% compliance is required in order to continue in the program so all of our students graduating have had safety and environmental training and have passed above the proficiency designated by the provider. Our students are also judged on their proficiency to work efficiently, responsibly and implore good work ethic by their mentors during the internship. The mentor is asked to fill our a rubric based on the students overall work ethic to include safety and environmental responsibility. |

All of our automotive sections are performing very well. This is born out by the proficiency levels of our graduating students end of program testing scores. All sections are well above the national average. Our students are also performing well in the field as evidence by the high marks they receive on their internship evaluations. And although environmental and safety training is mandatory in the first term it is taught and reinforced throughout the entirety of the program. |

These sections will include hybrid electrical, light diesel, parts specialist, and aftermarket/restoration courses. | We have heard from our students and the numbers also indicate that the CDL B track is not very popular and we wanted to add sections that pertained to the automotive industry and are not covered in our normal day to day classes. |
