Part 2: Program Summary

Provide a high level review of the program to include highlights, successes, challenges, significant changes, and significant resources needed to support the program
The program in this cycle is in recovery from low enrollment during COVID. The cohorts who make up these groups registered in 2020 and 2021. Here is an overview of the numbers. General: 15 students enrolled in the Fall of 2021. 11 out 15 students passed the General Curriculum. Two students did not return to continue the program. due to complications. Airframe: 8/9 Airframe students from the General group completed the Airframe Certificate. One student did not pass since he missed a class due to COVID. Employment: Local Employers contacted CNM AVMT looking for technicians including Bode Aviation, AerSale Landing Gear Solutions, New Mexico Aero, Robert Mudd in Moriarity, etc. National employers include American Airlines and Skywest Airlines who both contacted us for recruitment. Interpretation of Assessment findings
Our students perform well with the FAA exams above the National Average. 18 students completed the Airframe Certificate which is a significant increase from previous couple of years. Not as many of those students who completed the Airframe Certificate went on to test with the FAA. We may see more of those tests in the next cycles and we've received feedback from more students who went out and tested. Those numbers will be reflected in the next cycle.
