Part 2: Program Summary
Provide a high level review of the program to include highlights, successes, challenges, significant changes, and significant resources needed to support the program |
---|
Over the 2021-2022 cycle there has been a significant number of changes in our program. We successfully transitioned all our lab courses back to face-to-face instruction. We had the previous AAD/Program director move up to become an Associate Dean, moved one full-time faculty to Program Director, and gained a new Associate Dean. We have struggled with staffing courses with the program director being taken from full-time faculty and had one full-time faculty member move out of state and resign. We have completed the onboarding of 6 new part-time faculty to help with courses.
