In contrast to previous year, course fill rates have declined. Changes to course schedules were implemented to monitor if completion of certificate in one-term increases enrollment. Program continues to face supply chain issues. High demand makes continuity of supplies difficult.

Phlebotomy program has met all targets. Declared majors shows sharp decline which is consistent with decreased enrollment. Students continue to achieve high pass rates.

Interpretation of Assessment findings
Knowledge: Students are meeting and exceeding the minimum criteria. The final comprehensive exam is maintaining a greater than C average. All students who took the ASCP exam passed. Skills: Students are meeting and exceeding the minimum criteria. The lab practicum and final draw scores are maintaining a greater than C average. Student performance in clinical sites is maintaining a greater than C average. Behavior: Students are meeting and exceeding the minimum criteria. The professionalism paper indicates students have an understanding of what it means to succeed and display professionalism. Clinical preceptor evaluations indicate students are displaying professionalism in at the clinical sites.
