Significant Changes:

Summarize how your program met or did not meet the target measures based on the data above |
---|
Average class fill rate- Above target- however has trended down slightly since 2020- 2021 at 80% , 2021-2022 at 75%, and 2022-2023 at 76%. I do believe that COVID may have some effect here as well as need to advertise. Which did start this summer 2023. I plan to continue this with High school Career Days, Health Fairs, and advertisement and local gyms.
Annual retention - Above target- 2020-2021 88%, 2021-2022-89%, 2022-2023- 88%
Annual C pass rate- Above Target- is steady at 2020-2021- 72%, 2021-2022- 72%, 2022-2023 72%
Annual number of graduates- last year was above- 12 for 2022-2023, however prior was steady at 8 for 2020-2021, and 2021-2022- As stated above I do believe that some of this was due to COVID. I would like to see the the trend continue to increase with more than above average graduation rates. With advertisement, and class scheduling being more conductive to student completion, courses offered at more convenient times and core courses offered both Spring and Fall. This should occur.

Interpretation of Assessment findings |
---|
No Data available:
EXSC 2990 - no data courses did not make or had no available grading reports
PHED 1460- no data courses did not make or had no available grading reports
Reached out to PT staff and they had no data to report.
This is an opportunity to change. I was hired as well as a 2 term full time. We are working diligently to provide better course curriculum and the data needed from assessments, projects, and labs, needed to adequately assess. |
