Web Programming students acquire skills for entry level website designers and developers to create and publish industry standard compliant web content with strong hands-on knowledge of browser-side and server-side technology. Over the last year the program has been working on offering courses in a cyclical manner that works for students. We have added Clubs and Internships to help students stay connected, graduate, and obtain a career in the web programming field. |

We have met all but the number of graduates. We have a small certificate and degree program, but number of declared majors has increased more than 10% since the last review and our declared majors has increased significantly. so that should begin to help with graduation rates. |

The courses are functioning well and meeting expectations, but CIS 1713 could use a review. It is an intro course with no web programming program perquisites. Possibly it needs more lower level content curriculum to bring students up to pace. |
