Part 2: Program Summary

Provide a high level review of the program to include highlights, successes, challenges, significant changes, and significant resources needed to support the program
The DETC program is recovering well from the low enrollment numbers experienced during the pandemic. Enrollment has been steadily increasing since Spring of 2021. We have been working with local businesses and are in the early stages of developing a formal apprenticeship to help students transition from CNM to the workplace and gain work experience in the industry while attending classes.

Summarize how your program met or did not meet the target measures based on the data above
Our C-Pass rate is very strong. We have been consistently in the 90+ Percentage range for the last three review cycles. Changes to the course catalog have made the courses listed above an inaccurate representation of current DETC class fill rate. The courses listed above were merged for the 2022 calendar year. Using The following courses will accurately represent 22-23 enrollment: DETC 1110, 1120, 1130, 1150, 1210, 1220, 1230, 1240, 2120, 2198, 2110 and 2135. The AM cohort is currently at a 100% fill rate and has been over 70% since the Spring of 2023. and the PM Cohort has been consistently at 60%+ fill rate since January of 2023. Reassessing these metrics using the updated course catalog will more accurately represent course fill rates for the 22-23 year. Our number of graduates is trending upward and should continue to rise. Current projections will put us over 20 graduates for the 23-24 year.
