    Interpretation of Assessment findings
Carpentry program is split between carpentry skills and construction management, different faculty lead the different aspects from different CNM locations (Main and ATC). There was not a coordinated effort between faculty to determine an assessment plan. With one, new full time faculty in the carpentry program, it has been difficult determine how to go about assessment of program learning outcomes. Fall 2023 will be spent working with other faculty at ATC to determine an assessment plan moving forward.
