Based on student survey done by CNM indicated that one of the barriers experienced by students was class scheduling.

Interpretation of Assessment findings
The types of examinations and labs were in preparation and in alignment with Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer examinations, some of which includes understanding of the importance of pre client health screenings, blood pressure, body composition, the assessment of cardiovascular and muscular fitness, and assessment overall fitness and flexibility. Interpretation of courses is limited to EXSC 2160 as there was no data for EXSC 2990. EXSC 2160 for year 2022 the average percent of testing and lab/ project grades demonstrates a 85.29 %. overall. For EXSC 2160 for year 2023 the average percent of testing and lab/project grades demonstrates a 83.31% overall This grade data indicates a readiness and proficiency needed for fitness and personal training certifications.
