It is a small program so the results were focused to ensure the compliance of all students registered for the course and to ensure meeting the delieverables. | These results support to the focus area in having the students competent in the practicum objectives, experiential learning in the agencies, and overall course leeaning requirements and skills. | The data from the students show that this class is fulfilling what it needs to do in order to prepare the students for the real world experience. This program is small and can really focus on the outcomes and learning objectives of each student. |

The information collected proved that what we are teaching is in alignment with what is needed to be successful in a CHW job in an agency or hospital setting. | Continue to ensure that we are using the most up to date information in our curriculum as the industry evolves.
